If it is available we will email you a contract which you will sign and mail us back with a check($200)... we also accept paypal or cash. We ask for a $200 deposit to hold the date which if there are no damages will be returned to you after your stay.

Then we ask you to pay us one month ahead of the time you will be staying with us (ie if you will be staying Jan 1 - March 1... please pay us the month of January by Dec. 1... then at the end of January pay us for the month of Feb.) If you will only stay a couple of weeks we ask that you pay that time in full one month before you arrive. thank you.

The price is $500 per week. per month is $2000. This includes utilities and all your linens, and kitchen supplies.

If you have a pet that will be staying we ask for a $100 deposit which we will keep $50 of that to have the home professionally sprayed after your stay.. If there is no damage we will refund you your other $50 after your stay.

If you have a little baby we can loan you a nice port-a-crib and a baby bathtub, etc.

We will have someone to cut the grass and do any necessary weeding and trimming usually on Mondays... and if you need someone to do a cleaning once per week for you we can set that up for a fee.

RENTAL HOUSE INFORMATION...

Hello There!
So glad that you have decided to come visit our beautiful town! The weather is always great for flip flops and there is always something fun to do!
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood just about 1 mile from the center of downtown Sarasota. You can easily ride a bike into town or catch a ride with our local bus system... of course the easiest is by car. It is about 10 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches which we are known for!

We have totally renovated it! Like a brand new home! There is a big high fenced in back yard with a wooden deck. A great yard for sunning or just reading a nice book. The yard has some tropical plants and some trees. There are 2 big rooms and 2 full bathrooms. My favorite is the chef designed kitchen! Great for getting some vegetables at the farmer's market on Saturday (Downtown -Main St. & Lemon Ave.)& picking up some seafood at Whole Food's (downtown) and making a delicious meal after a day at the beach! The square footage is 1,200. The price includes utilities, linens and kitchen supplies. It has a washer and dryer. There a two beds (1 in each room) and lots and lots of room.. if you have a baby we can loan you a port-a-crib.
This home will make you feel at home, away from home.
We do not include a telephone as most people have mobiles which we think may be easiest. If you have a laptop just downtown at any cafe or park it is able to go online for free.
